Shipping & Delivery

At Lancashire Lighting, we prioritize timely delivery for our customers. We offer Next Working Day delivery for items that are in stock, and have an order cut-off time of 3pm from Monday to Friday for same-day processing. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed and dispatched on Monday, unless it's a bank holiday, in that case, it will be dispatched on the next working day. For items that are out of stock, we usually deliver within 2-5 working days.

We understand the delicate nature of some of our products and take extra care in packaging them to ensure they arrive in great condition. We work with reputable couriers such as DPD, Parcelforce, and Evri (Hermes) and all deliveries require a signature, so please ensure someone is present at the delivery address on the agreed delivery day. You will receive a confirmation of delivery the day before and on the morning of delivery if a mobile number is provided.

We will notify you via email when your order has been dispatched and include the tracking number and the courier used. We advise our customers to book a qualified electrician to fit the lights once the goods have been received and not before. We can't be held responsible for any charges from electricians if goods arrive later than expected.
